An MCP server for your systems
A single AI access point to ERP, CRM, warehouse, email, calendar and documents. On your infrastructure or in the cloud.
MCP server and integrations
An AI agent is only as useful as the systems it can reach. We set up MCP servers that give AI controlled access to your ERP, CRM, warehouse, email and documents, and we adapt those systems to work with agents. Reads within permissions, writes after human approval.
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that AI models such as Claude or ChatGPT use to connect to external systems. An MCP server gives the agent specific tools, for example "check stock", "show the customer's order history" or "draft an invoice", and controls what the agent may do. So the AI doesn't guess or copy data off a screen: it works on your company's real data, within the limits you set.
Pick a task and see which tools the agent uses, what it may do on its own and what waits for your approval.
Pick a task for the agent
The agent only sees the tools we give it. Reads run straight away; writes wait for a person.
We look at the systems your team works in and the operations repeated every day: stock checks, quotes, orders, complaints, reports.
We define the tools the agent gets and, for each one, the permission level: read, write with approval, or no access.
We set up the MCP server, connect it to your systems and to the AI tools your team uses. Where a system isn't ready to work with an agent, we adapt it.
We test the agent on real tasks, and every call goes into the log. We extend the toolset as the team starts using it.

We connect systems that don't talk to each other today, so the agent sees the full picture: order, stock, delivery and customer correspondence.
Agents that prepare quotes, check stock, handle complaints and reports, using the MCP server's tools.
Each tool has its own access level, write operations need approval, and every call is logged with who did it and why.
Most business systems were designed for people clicking through windows, not for AI. That's why simply connecting a model to a database is a bad idea. We build a layer of tools with clear names and parameters, data validation and limits, so the agent can carry out operations predictably and the source system stays intact.
The agent only gets the tools it needs for the task. Operations that change data, such as issuing a document or changing an order, go through human approval. Access is authenticated, and a full log lets you trace every decision. Details are described in the documentation handed over at rollout.
Cost depends on the number of systems, the number and complexity of tools, and whether the agent only reads data or writes it too. You get a written quote after the consultation, with the tool list and timeline.
It's a service that gives AI models tools to work with your systems using the Model Context Protocol standard. The agent can use them, but only within the permissions granted.
MCP is supported by Claude and ChatGPT, among others, and by many developer tools. One server can serve several of them.
We design the tools so that write operations require human approval and pass validation. The agent never gets direct access to the database.
We check that during the consultation. We have already integrated ERP and CRM systems popular in Poland, including older ones without a modern API.
Yes. The MCP server can run on your infrastructure, and combined with an AI cluster the agent's entire work can stay inside the company.
