What is Claude for business
Claude is Anthropic's AI assistant. The business version gives you a shared workspace for the team, an admin console, higher limits than personal accounts, and terms under which company data is not used to train models by default. Day to day, the team works in chat, in Projects that hold company knowledge, in Cowork for work on files, and through connectors to mail, calendar or drive. Technical teams get Claude Code in the same plan.

How we help
Workspace setup
Projects for each department with company instructions and documents, permissions and sharing rules. The team gets a tool that knows your price list, offer and procedures from day one.
Connecting your systems
Mail, calendar, drive and, where it makes sense, business systems such as your ERP or CRM. Claude then answers from company data, not from memory.

How much does Claude for business cost
According to Anthropic's price list (September 2026), the Team plan is for teams of 2 to 150 people. A Standard seat costs 20 USD per person per month billed annually, or 25 USD billed monthly. A Premium seat, with five times the usage limit, costs 100 and 125 USD respectively. The Enterprise plan is 20 USD per seat plus usage billed at API rates. Seat types can be mixed: heavy users get Premium, everyone else Standard. You pay for licences directly to Anthropic; our setup and training are quoted separately.
Claude Team or Enterprise
For most companies of up to a few dozen people, Team is enough: a shared workspace, an admin console, and Claude Code and Cowork included. Enterprise makes sense at larger scale or when you need advanced control: SSO sign-in with automatic account provisioning, audit logs or your own data retention rules.
Cowork and Claude Code at work
Cowork lets Claude work on files and folders: build a summary from several spreadsheets, organise documents, write a report from material on your drive. Claude Code is a tool for technical teams that works directly in the repository and the terminal. Both are included in the Team plan, so it pays to agree from the start who uses what.
What about data security
On the Team and Enterprise plans, company data is not used to train models by default. That doesn't remove the need for rules: what data can be pasted into a conversation, which documents go into Projects, who has access to which connectors. We write these rules down during setup and go through them in training.
Frequently asked questions
Does Claude work in languages other than English?
Yes. Claude understands and writes well in Polish, Spanish and many other languages, including formal and industry-specific text. In training we show how to give it examples of your documents so it writes in your company's tone.
Can we start with just a few people?
Yes. The Team plan starts at two seats and you can add more at any time. We often start with one department and only roll out to the rest of the company after a few weeks.
How is this different from personal Pro accounts?
A company account gives you a shared workspace, an admin console, central billing and commercial terms for your data. On personal accounts every employee has their own conversations and files, and the company has no control over any of it.
Will Claude connect to our ERP?
Often yes, but it depends on the system and what data it should be able to see. We check this in a call before we promise anything. We have already done it with ERP systems that are popular in Poland.
Who pays for the licences?
You do, directly to Anthropic. That way the account belongs to your company, not to us, and you always keep full control over access and costs.
