ChatGPT for business
ChatGPT Business gives your team a shared workspace, company knowledge and tools for working on documents. We help you choose the plan, set up the workspace for your company and train people so they use it every day.
ChatGPT Business (formerly ChatGPT Team) is the company version of ChatGPT. The team gets a shared workspace, an admin console, projects, custom GPTs, access to company knowledge, Deep Research and agent mode, and technical teams also get Codex. OpenAI states that it does not train models on data from Business workspaces. The difference from personal accounts is that the company can finally see who uses what, and bring order to it.
Pick your team size and tasks to see how we set up the workspace: plan, department GPTs, company knowledge, rules and training. Tick off the steps as you go.

An assistant for quotes, for complaints, for onboarding new people. With your company's instructions and documents, so it answers by your rules rather than in generalities.
We connect the drive, mail and other tools ChatGPT should use, and set who has access to what.
Hands-on, built around your tasks. Plus rules for using AI at work: what can be pasted in and what can't.
According to OpenAI's price list (September 2026), a Standard seat in ChatGPT Business costs 20 USD per person per month billed annually, or 25 USD billed monthly. A Premium seat, with five times the usage limit, costs 100 and 125 USD respectively. A workspace needs at least two seats, and seat types can be mixed. Prices may vary by country. You pay for licences directly to OpenAI; setup and training are quoted separately.
Business is enough for most small and mid-sized companies. Enterprise is for large organisations that need advanced control over accounts and data and a contract negotiated directly with OpenAI's sales team.
Both tools cost about the same and both handle office work well. The choice depends on what the team will use them for, what they need to connect to, and whether you already have one of them in the company. We help you decide before you buy, and if you want to use both, we set rules for what you do in which.
The biggest risk isn't the tool itself but employees pasting customer data into personal accounts. A company workspace solves half the problem. The other half is solved by written rules: what data may be processed, which GPTs are official and who manages access. We agree them during the rollout.
Yes. OpenAI renamed the Team plan to Business. If you have an old Team plan, it now works as Business.
Yes, employees can join the company workspace. It's worth agreeing beforehand what happens to conversations from personal accounts and whether they should come into the company, because they often contain data the company shouldn't store.
At least two seats. We often start with one department and expand after a few weeks, once it's clear who actually uses it.
If you want it to, yes. We run separate tracks for ChatGPT and Claude, and for teams that use both we combine them into one programme.
