Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 August 2026

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how ProspereAI ("we", "us") processes personal data when you visit prospere.ai (the "Site") or interact with us through forms on the Site.

This document is intended as a typical website privacy notice and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel for your specific compliance needs.

2. Data controller

For personal data collected through the Site, the controller is ProspereAI. Contact: contact@prospere.ai.

If we process data on behalf of a client under a separate agreement, that agreement and the client's privacy information will govern that processing.

3. Categories of personal data

We may process: (a) identity and contact data you submit via forms (e.g. name, email, company, phone, message content); (b) technical and usage data such as IP address, browser type, device information, approximate location derived from IP, and pages viewed; (c) cookie and similar technology identifiers where applicable; (d) communications you send to us by email or through the Site.

4. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR)

We use personal data to: respond to inquiries and provide information you request (contract steps or legitimate interests in communicating with prospects and clients); operate and secure the Site (legitimate interests); comply with legal obligations; and, where required, improve the Site and understand aggregated usage (legitimate interests or consent for non-essential cookies, as applicable).

Where we rely on consent (e.g. certain cookies or marketing), you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing based on consent before withdrawal.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site uses Google Analytics 4 (provider: Google Ireland Limited) for audience statistics only. Analytics runs solely after your explicit consent — before that we apply Consent Mode v2, which blocks cookie storage and sends anonymous, cookieless signals only.

Analytics cookies: _ga and _ga_* (Google Analytics), stored for up to 2 years. Cookies strictly necessary for the Site to function require no consent and are not used for tracking.

You can withdraw consent at any time — the “Cookie settings” link in the footer reopens the choice dialog. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) together with electronic-communications rules on storing information on terminal equipment. You can also control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect Site functionality.

6. Third-party tools

The Site loads scripts or content from third parties: Trustpilot (review widget) and Google Analytics 4 (statistics, only after consent). Those providers may process personal data as independent or joint controllers or as processors, as described in their documentation.

Google may transfer data to the United States. Google LLC participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and transfers additionally rely on standard contractual clauses.

We recommend reading the privacy policies of Trustpilot and Google.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described, unless a longer period is required by law. Contact form submissions are typically retained for the time needed to handle your request and for a limited period afterwards for follow-up and legal defence.

Technical logs may be kept for security and troubleshooting for a shorter, rotating period.

8. Your rights

Depending on applicable law (including the GDPR where it applies), you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise rights, contact us at contact@prospere.ai. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

9. Transfers outside the EEA

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or rely on adequacy decisions, in line with applicable law.

10. Security and children

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.

The Site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe we have, please contact us.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will adjust the "Last updated" date above. Material changes may be communicated via the Site or other reasonable means where appropriate.
