An AI operating system for a small company selling truck parts. Orders from phone and WhatsApp no longer live in Excel and Trello: an assistant takes them in the messenger, checks stock and customers in the ERP live and moves each order through 11 stages, from pro-forma to deposit return.

From a process map to one board

We started with a map of 38 processes across 8 areas of the company. Then we built a team assistant, an orders and returns board, and automations that watch pro-formas, deposits and return deadlines. The ERP stays the system of record; nothing is duplicated.
